Tennessee Rural Partnership (TRP) provides Tennessee’s hospitals a free sourcing resource, either to assist your in-house recruiter or act as your own recruiter for primary care clinicians in rural and underserved communities. Our unique approach has matched over 100 primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other specialties to job opportunities across the state. TRP’s web site provides details on how we help you find qualified clinicians, resources on the healthcare workforce and practice incentives.
