exploreTNhealth.org Demo to Support Hospital CHNAs, Grants, Programs and Planning

THA’s exploreTNhealth.org is a community health needs assessment platform designed to assist community health stakeholders in the development of impactful CHNAs using two rich sources of health-related data—the Tennessee County Health Rankings provided by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and the Tennessee ZIP Health Rankings developed by researchers at the Hospital Industry Data Institute and Washington University School of Medicine with support from RWJF. Hospitals, health systems, public health officials, researchers and community organizers can use the site to gain insights into the health and social well-being of Tennessee’s 95 counties and 600 zip codes.

Please join THA for an informational session and live demonstration of exploreTNhealth.org on Thursday, April 28 from 2:00-3:00 CT (3:00-4:00 ET). The event will be held via Zoom and led by Bryan Metzger, Sr. VP for Information Services and Patrice Mayo, VP for Operations.

The exploreTNhealth resource is available free of charge to hospitals and health systems. You are welcome to share the link with your staff and any affiliates or community partners.

Please forward this invitation to others in your organization and other community stakeholders who would benefit from using the exploreTNhealth.org tool. For questions or more information, contact Patrice Mayo.
