2026 Legislative Session and Report
The second half of the 114th General Assembly adjourned in late April, concluding a successful 2026 legislative session for THA and Tennessee hospitals. Throughout the session, lawmakers advanced key priorities supported by THA, resulting in meaningful policy victories for hospitals and the patients they serve.
THA’s 2026 Legislative Report provides an overview of the Association’s legislative agenda, key policy outcomes, and legislation with the potential to impact hospitals.
