While telemedicine adoption continues to grow, there still is significant untapped potential for community and critical access hospitals (CAHs) to leverage telemedicine to drive down costs and improve acute care delivery. Participants will hear about the latest regulatory and reimbursement changes driving telemedicine adoption. They also will learn about three successful tele-hospitalist coverage models that can stabilize staffing, reduce recruiting costs, support advanced practice providers and positively impact sub-specialist care in rural communities.
