Stephen Courtright is the research professor of management and director of executive education in the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa. His award-winning research on organizational leadership, teamwork and employee engagement has been published in top research journals and featured in The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, National Public Radio and Forbes. He is the recipient of several teaching awards and teaches classes about leadership and change management in Tippie’s MBA and undergraduate programs. He also has provided executive education and consulting for clients such as the Veterans Health Administration, John Deere, Caterpillar, HNI and Halliburton.
