Annual Meeting

It was one of the most entertaining conferences I’ve been to this year, and one of the most inspiring.

The sessions covered a lot of ground - financial pressure, AI, workforce, resilience, curiosity, and what the next version of healthcare might look like. One discussion framed the financial challenges facing hospitals as structural rather than cyclical. Another challenged us to start with the problem and, in a technology driven world, I cannot emphasize this enough. And a couple of keynotes were good reminders that curiosity, perspective, and even joy matter when you're trying to lead through that much change.

It’s always valuable to gather with fellow healthcare leaders from across Tennessee to learn, share ideas, and look ahead at the opportunities facing our industry. The THA Annual Meeting is a great reminder that while healthcare continues to evolve, our commitment to our patients, our teams, and the communities we serve remains at the heart of what we do.
