ACHE Face-to-Face (ACHE)
This program has been developed and presented locally by the Tennessee Hospital Association, American College of Healthcare Executives of Middle Tennessee, Midsouth Health Care Executives, East Tennessee Healthcare Executives Affiliation and the National Association of Health Service Executives.   ACHE has awarded 5.5 credit hours (ACHE Face-to-Face) for the Integrating Principles of Patient Centered Care (1.5 hours), Culture of Safety  (1.5 hours), Listening to Employers (1.5 hours) and Diversity and Inclusion (1 hour) sessions.

Participants must pre-register and sign in at beginning of session to receive certificate emailed at the conclusion of the conference.  

ACHE Qualified Education (ACHEQ)
The Tennessee Hospital Association is authorized to award 9.75 hours of pre-approved ACHE Qualified Education credit (non-ACHE) for this program toward advancement, or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives.  Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward ACHE Qualified Education credit should indicate their attendance when submitting an application to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.

Participants must pre-register and sign in at beginning of each session and be responsible for maintaining a record of their ACHE Qualified Education. 

 

Continuing Board Education (CBE)
Trustees can receive up to 15.0 hours of continuing board education (CBE) credit. Trustees are required to sign in at beginning of session to receive certificate after the conclusion.  Certificates will be emailed.

Requirements for
Physicians, Pharmacists, Nurses, Quality Professionals and NAB credit:   

  • Attend/participate in the educational activity and review all course materials.
  • Complete the CME/CE attestation process online by 11:59 pm ET November 18, 2019. Instructions will be provided. If you do not enter the online portal by the above date, you will not be able to retrieve your statement of participation.
  • Upon successful completion of the online form, your statement of completion will be presented to you to print.
  • Pharmacists: Your record will be automatically uploaded to CPEMonitor.
  • Long-term Care Administrators: Your record will be uploaded to NABVerify.
