THA Gives Back Community Service Project
benefiting Operation Stand Down Tennessee
THA is excited to announce a community service project in conjunction with its 2017 Annual Meeting, Tennessee Hospitals: The Pulse of Our Communities. Attendees will be asked to assemble kits consisting of personal hygiene products to benefit Operation Stand Down Tennessee (OSDTN), a statewide veterans services organization.
New, travel size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothpaste and bars of soap. Donations of packages of men’s socks (sized medium to large), underwear (sized medium to extra-large) and undershirts (sized medium to triple-extra-large) will also be collected, as well as monetary contributions towards purchase of these items.
- Now through Oct. 10 (please bring or mail to the Tennessee Hospital Association, Attn: Education, 5201 Virginia Way, Brentwood, TN 37027). Please fill out and include this donation form with your items.
- Attendees may also bring items with them to Annual Meeting
THA Service Cup
To be awarded to the THA membership district that assembles the most kits consisting of the five personal hygiene items and the district that contributes the most socks, underwear and undershirts. Will be recognized at the THA Membership Luncheon on Oct. 13.
