Tennessee Center for Patient Safety (TCPS) is pleased to announce the TCPS Quality Bootcamp, March 25 – 26, 2019. The bootcamp is a two-day series with day one aimed at providing hospital executives and quality improvement professionals with information about the quality foundation and best practices to support and build a quality improvement culture in the hospital. Day two is focused on providing quality improvement professionals with the principles of quality improvement and the tools and resources needed to launch, develop and implement quality projects. Participants can attend both days or one day only.
Quality Improvement Bootcamp Objectives:
- To provide hospital executives and quality improvement professionals with an understanding of leadership’s role in supporting quality, and the quality professional’s role in supporting leadership.
- To provide hospital executives and quality improvement professionals with information to support quality improvement initiatives in their organization and develop a continuous improvement culture.
- To provide quality improvement professionals with the principles and practices of the quality improvement process.
- To provide quality improvement professionals with the tools and resources needed to apply the quality improvement principles in their organization.
