ConnecTN

In 2017, THA partnered with Audacious Inquiry to found ConnecTN, an encounter notification service based on real-time hospital admission discharge and transfer (ADT) data.

Today, more than 130 hospitals across the state of Tennessee participate in ConnecTN, enabling providers across the state to receive real-time notifications when their attributed patients have inpatient or emergency department encounters at one of our connected hospitals.

This data is used to enhance care coordination for patients across the state. This real-time data initiative also supports TennCare’s care management programs by sending TennCare member data securely to the state’s Care Coordination Tool.
