The Tennessee Hospital Association (THA) honored Representative Bryan Terry (R-Murfreesboro), who represents the 48th House District, as a 2026 THA Hospital Hero in recognition of his dedication to Tennessee hospitals and his commitment to advancing policies that improve healthcare across the state.
The THA Hospital Hero Awards recognize lawmakers who champion policies that strengthen hospitals and improve the health and well-being of Tennesseans. Rep. Terry received the award during a presentation at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford, joined by leaders from Ascension Saint Thomas and THA.
Since first being elected to the Tennessee House of Representatives in 2014, Representative Terry has been a trusted advocate for policies that strengthen hospitals, improve access to care, and support the healthcare workforce. His leadership as Chairman of the House Health Committee has been instrumental in advancing thoughtful healthcare policy for Tennesseans.
