Quality and Patient Safety Summit

THA held its inaugural Quality and Patient Safety Summit on November 6, 2025, bringing together more than 90 healthcare professionals from across the state. Attendees heard keynotes from leaders in the field, alongside presentations from hospitals across Tennessee showcasing data-driven practices that improve outcomes and reduce harm.
